“Luis was the bartender and also the only person in the entire FOH when I ordered my fish taco near closing time at 10pm as I had just arrived at SNA airport less than an hour prior and had a fantastic complimentary shuttle ride with our driver Ruben. Although my order and payment weren't processed like clockwork, it was done within ten minutes and Luis was very gracious and easy in spirit despite his hardworking hustle and bustle, and the best fish taco I've ever eaten in my life including the homemade salsa, tortilla, and chips were actually made in less than ten minutes also so essentially I had the greatest fish taco in my life while receiving excellent service from Luis the gentle warrior and chatting with the gentleman who was waiting to order alongside me all in less than an hour and this establishment ranked in my top 3 eateries throughout my entire weeklong trip to Irvine alongside Vaca the MIchelin-starred Spanish restaurant and Moulin the authentic Parisian bakery and cafe. I plan to return again and again to Vibrante once I move to Irvine this summer! PS: The cod in the fish taco is locally caught & cooked to perfection!“

“This was one of the most incredible brunch experiences I’ve ever had. We started with the Cafe de Oya which had beautiful flavors. We ordered the conchas and empanadas to start and the empanadas were perfectly fried had so flavorful. We ordered the Jardin Slam which was a sampler platter and the chilaquiles with the chipotle sauce were out of this world, and the corn pancakes had so much flavor and didn’t need syrup. We also got the Divorciados with the most incredible chorizo. I cannot recommend this place enough. There is a strict 90 minute dining policy and reservations can be tight so plan ahead.“

“We really enjoyed our time at Kalaveras! The food was great and the server was fantastic too! We happened to be there during happy hour and ordered some happy hour items as well as regular menu items, and everything was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved the decor too!“

Great service, great food, great atmosphere! This place is soo nice! Malena the waitress was very kind, attentive and very informative! It was my first time there and she was so sweet as to be excited for me and give me more information on the place! They have taco Tuesdays! They have brunch! They have DJ's, Live Music! They're Happy Hour is Great too! I had a few Classic Margaritas ??? a duck blonde beer ?? and tried their agua fresca de Jamaica (hibiscus) ? && all the drinks were AMAZING ! Then got guac ? and chips with salsa for an appetizer %25 off all appetizers Taco Tuesdays and omg it was bomb!!! ?? Most people can't make guac right but this place nailed it! ??? Then we ordered a fish taco ?? (? BOMB?) ,a taco asada aka steak (?BOMB?)??? a chicken taco ,and a taco al pastor ? !! Good food worth the money! Definitely going for brunch sometime! Saturday and Sundays! They do $25 per person bottomless mimosas for 2 HOURS!!! ???

Years ago they had a DJ and dancing. It would be cool not to blast sports on TVS BUT TO HAVE KARAOKE... Disney is close by

“The best lunch tostada ever! Filled with a large helping of chicken which was cooked in a wonderful sauce. with refried beans in the bottom of the eatable tostada bowl. A huge helping of both sour cream and the most delicious guacamole. Beautifully presented with super service., great chips and salsa, Lovely ambiance. Came home "stuffed".“

“I ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub and was surprised at the quality despite all the negative reviews.. however I had checked them after I ordered and when it came I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality of each dish. I ordered the birria tacos and the carne asada fries. The salsa was perfect the beans were great, and the tacos were loaded with meat. Being from Southern California myself, I got to say this definitely ranks up there with some of the best I've ever had“
