First time at this location absolutely delicious food fresh and worth the wild one thing I didnt like is the service once ordered they rush all the food to you at once didnt even give us time to finish appetizers or anything by the time we got all of our food the table was stuffed they could have slowed down just a little give us like 5 minutes in between that's my only complaint other then that all good highly recommend
Of all the pho places I've tried in OC so far (including Michelin rated places) this is the one I keep coming back to the most. Their broth has the very distinct flavors of traditional Vietnamese spices, some days even overwhelmingly so, but it feels so healthy. Their noodles have a great bouncy chewiness that us Asians love, and it's not powdery feeling or rock hard like some other places can be. I come here and really enjoy the food every single time. The pho is always amazing and so are the fried rolls. The only part about this place that makes it a 4-star is that the workers every single time are not very welcoming and speak passive aggressively when taking orders. On top of that, they usually just stand in the area where people are eating and stare and watch you eat which always makes me and my family very uncomfortable.
