I can't express enough how awesome Chef Lou and the entire staff was!! The occasion was my wife's surprise birthday party. Chef Lou created a wonderful menu. The whole team arrived promptly and delivered an absolutely awesome experience.

We recently used Saltwater Catering for my 70th birthday celebration. The service was excellent, personal, professional and the food was delicious. The dishes were beautifully prepared and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and evening.
