“I would strongly disagree with any negative reviews here - we catered from Vishnu Catering for our large Indian wedding the entire weekend and it was the best food we and many of our guests have ever had at a wedding! Ram was kind, helpful, professional, and incredibly reliable as a vendor - we never had to worry about anything going wrong with catering and he was easily one of our favorite and best vendors of the whole process. The food and drink was phenomenal across all events. We are still getting comments from guests, Indian and non-Indian, about how amazing the food was. “I can't express enough how awesome Chef Lou and the entire staff was!! The occasion was my wife's surprise birthday party. Chef Lou created a wonderful menu. The whole team arrived promptly and delivered an absolutely awesome experience.
The food was both delicious and had a beautiful presentation. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone at the party was so pleased with this team. Then at the end, they quietly cleaned up and left the house as if they were never there. I feel very fortunate to have found Saltwater Catering for this party.
