Tofu is always over cooked. I love the Shroomami bowl but the tofu is too hard to chew. After a second time, I decided to try one more. And, it is still hard this third time.
Some of the most refreshing and delicious bowls and wraps I have had the pleasure of eating. An easy favorite and staple. I would highly recommend there chicken jalapeno wrap sub chicken for tofu and add hummus. The staff are kind and forthright and the whole establishment is exceptionally clean and well organized. There is free water station and a really novel machine that makes a large portion of your meal.
My favorite place to get a quality tasty salad. I used to think sweetgreens was expensive when I ate there years ago, but now it's normal relative pricing to every other place! So, I'm back to being a regular. You can't find a better salad with fresh, quality ingredients and good dressing. Some come close, but can match it overall.

The location is clean, bright, and easy to pop into. Ingredients always taste fresh, bowls are well prepared, and the team keeps the line moving. The menu has something for everyone, whether you want a signature bowl or you like building your own. Some find the food a bit cold, and service can be slow, with one visit waiting over 40 minutes for 4 bowls while sauces ran out. However, a second visit showed great food quality and much better service. Service may be a bit slow since they just opened and probably still have staff that are training, but it will get better as time goes on. The wrap was perfect.
