Shout out to Sam the manager for making this bad experience into a good one. Was out with my family for dinner. We had a mix up with the order and waited almost 20 minutes for the remaining We had to constantly ask for updates and water. I understand they're busy but this was just plain negligence. I am glad Sam stepped in. He is Amazing.
We had a wonderful experience at Tim Ho Wan. This was our first time visiting this location, and everything exceeded our expectations.
Our server, Ting, was especially helpful and attentive. She greeted us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal, providing excellent service.
