“I first started ordering food from Elubia’s when they only had the food truck on Rutherford. We started going to the restaurant as soon as we learned of it. As a vegan mom of a person with Celiac Disease, it is perfect for us. I have had pupusas, tamales, taquitos, sopes, enchiladas, Guatemala Enchilada Plate, guacamole, rice, beans, all the salsas, including the pickled cabbage—“curtido”—, chips, 3 of the 4 aguas frescas (their horchata has dairy, so I have not ordered that one), and the arroz con leche for dessert.
