Had dinner Friday of the Mother’s Day weekend. Service was excellent! All four of us had different dishes all were very good. There prime rib special was awesome, one of the best prime ribs I have had

The Iron Door continues to offer a superb dining experience with attentive and knowledgeable staff dedicated to making guests feel welcomed. The ambiance is comfortable and rustic, enhanced by flowers and candles on the tables. The menu features outstanding food, providing something for everyone. Dishes like sea scallops with seafood risotto, pork osso bucco, and prime rib receive high praise. The pork osso bucco is described as "fall off the bone" perfection, while the scallops are cooked perfectly, satisfying even the fussiest diners. Accompaniments like mushroom risotto and fresh vegetables are delicious and complement the main dishes well.
Homemade au gratin potatoes and delectable desserts such as tuxedo chocolate cake, berry cobbler, and mint ice cream in an almond crisp cup are must-tries. While the margarita may not appeal to everyone, the generous pour of alcohol has pleased many. The bar is well stocked, and the bartender is knowledgeable, creating excellent cocktails, including a notable Lavender Lemon Drop martini. The friendly service and top-notch meals make The Iron Door a highly recommended dining spot worth visiting for a special occasion, romantic dinner, or just a great meal when in the area.
