I wish we could turn the clock back, as this was once a thriving restaurant that my family enjoyed for so many years! Maybe someday it will sprout a new life!
My wife and I have been visiting CPI for over 25 years. In that time we have experienced many ups and downs. It's very difficult to maintain a consistent labor force in such a small and relatively isolated town.
