“We stopped at Alvarado's yesterday for lunch. It is located in an unusual location, next to a gas station and mini mart. It is a true restaurant, with eat in dining, nice decor and a bar. Very family friendly. The fish tacos did not disappoint, they were delicious. The beans were very flavorful. So many of our favorites on their extensive menu, can't wait to go back. They have a nice selection of salsa - some mild, some with some real heat. They also have Happy Hour after 3 PM with some good specials and a wide assortment drinks and on-tap beer. They have some large screen TVs, it would be a great place to watch a game & enjoy some delicious food.“

“I don't live in this town I happen to be working here and they were right off the freeway convenient they're advertising look yummy. I ordered a carne asada burrito with pico de gallo and beans skip the rice was pleasantly surprised. Unlike most quickie Mexican joints this carne asada actually tastes like quality steak opposed to others who tastes like dog food. They also offer a molcajete which is very hard to find without paying $50 in a restaurant.$36 here for two people.
I am thoroughly enjoying my carne asada burrito...“

“Food is what you go here for but ordered a pizza on the phone 20 minutes before getting there and they had it ready but asked every high-school kid in the restaurant if they had pickup didn't bother asking me and I was 2nd in line literally waited 10/15 minutes before they asked if im here for a pickup...they need to do better about that other than that the pizza is fire ?.“

“Upon arriving they greeted me kindly and spoke to me in a calm and clear voice. The were very patient with me when ordering and the cashier even check the bags before handing me my order. Took me maybe no more or less then 4mins approximately.“

“I visited Palenque Mexican Restaurant on Father's Day with my tres amigos, and overall, it was a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the host who seated us was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a good time. The real star of our visit was Sally—the bartender and our server—who was absolutely amazing. Her energy made the evening even more enjoyable, and her watermelon margaritas were next level. We loved them so much we each had about four! As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I ordered the camarones a la diabla, which I've had in the past and really enjoyed. Unfortunately, this time the sauce didn't quite hit the same—it tasted reheated, and the consistency was off. It was still decent, but not what I remembered. On the bright side, my friends made better menu choices. The steak fajitas were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the carnitas were hands-down the best dish at the table—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The bathrooms were clean (always a plus), and the atmosphere overall was vibrant and fun. Despite my so-so entree, I'll definitely be back—especially for the drinks and to try more of the menu.“

“The customer service was 5 star and thats the most important for me. The coffee is 9.00, but you get a large and they put a lot of coffee to the top and you get coconut flakes and a almond. The price matches the quality. ALSO they are soooooo Nice there!!!

“Someone I follow on YouTube recommended this place and mentioned that they have the best tacos in the area. That definitely is true! I ordered the Quesabirria Combo with a Mexican Coke to drink. My food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent! The tacos have so much meat and the beans and rice are fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the food came with all the necessary sides (limes, diced white onions, house made salsa, pickled red onions and cilantro). Long wait to order but drink prepared pretty quickly and delicious - checked out the summer menu’s strawberry matcha. Place was clean and friendly, well air conditioned. I have had their breakfast burrito, carne asada burrito, quesabirria tacos and their asada fries. All of these items have been great.

Their people are friendly and always looking to be helpful and make suggestions.

Atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a taco shop, but it is clean.

“I've been going to the original Pisa pizza over on sterling and highland over 10+ years and the quality of pizza has been also phenomenal. The works there always have a positive attitude and the wait times are always as they say they're going to be. I would definitely recommend getting pizza there because i believe there the best in the IE. With their recent opening by medical center drive on the west side of San Bernardino a lot of returning customers now have two options to enjoy Pisa pizza. “Only good boba place I know of. Decent prices, and you can very quickly get points towards 5 dollars off by using your phone number. Boba is always great and the drink flavors are always good. They used to add fruit pieces to the fruit teas, but don't really do that anymore.

The restroom isn't the best but it's fair enough. There is a comfortable seating area for young kids. Toys and games are available to look through while drinking bobas.

Kid-friendliness: Donated toy section where kids can sit and enjoy playing. A little free library is also in the front of the store.“
