“We stopped at Alvarado's yesterday for lunch. It is located in an unusual location, next to a gas station and mini mart. It is a true restaurant, with eat in dining, nice decor and a bar. Very family friendly. The fish tacos did not disappoint, they were delicious. The beans were very flavorful. So many of our favorites on their extensive menu, can't wait to go back. They have a nice selection of salsa - some mild, some with some real heat. They also have Happy Hour after 3 PM with some good specials and a wide assortment drinks and on-tap beer. They have some large screen TVs, it would be a great place to watch a game & enjoy some delicious food.“

“We arrived about 10 minutes before closing and Onyx stayed open late for us ordering a lot of food for 4 very hungry people. He was patient while we figured out what we wanted and quickly went to make massive amount of food. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

Everything was delicious! I was especially excited to see organic ingredients in their house baked banana bread and Sunday pancakes (will have to return for them).

The hostess I felt should put the caller on for the few seconds it would have taken her to check us in. I got the steak and eggs and my husband got the chilaquiles. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while food came out quick and cooked to perfection. First time and I was impressed! “Stopped into Hero's Riverside and had a great experience. I ordered a cold can of Mango Cart along with the beef brisket burnt ends and garlic fries, everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The brisket was tender with just the right amount of smoky char, and the fries were a great pairing. My date enjoyed a few shots of Patrón Silver, which were poured generously and served chilled with tajin.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively, a great spot for a casual night out. Definitely plan on coming back again.“

Coffee: I ordered a Brown Sugar Iced Latte w/ Oatmilk If you actually enjoy COFFEE & and not the overly sweet / heavy creamer drinks, this is the place for you! There aren’t many places that have good quality coffee but that’s not an issue here.

Service: Outstanding!!!!

Atmosphere: Good people, Good Vibes, Good energy….if you need a place to meet up with friends or family, this would be a great spot! Or to catch up on work/school work.
