Well done!!!! You saved the day! Every place we went was closed for lunch. Our mother turned 95, can you believe it.
You have a beautiful, miniature piazza that reminded her of our visit to Italy. A warm welcoming and very attentive staff. The food was perfect. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

Customer service is important.

My wife and I spent the weekend in the area after we got married. Our hotel suggested a few tasting rooms to check out. The first one we stopped by (which won't be named) were very rude and even though the hotel told us tastings there are complimentary for hotel guests, they were going to charge us because we didn't have a coupon.

We went to VJB (another recommended place from our hotel concierge) and had a really fun time. I can't remember who helped us-it was a man with slightly longer hair. He said he had been there for ~6 years. We had such a fun time we actually signed up for the wine club.

Best Pizza, Gelato and Wine in Kenwood CA. Music and Singing at every Table. Beautiful Surroundings at this Winery. Fun and Relaxing ? You will want to make a Stop here to just hang out and enjoy.

If you are looking for incredible food, fantastic wine, and great service, VJB is incredible. Coming from a wine country myself, I’ve visited 1000’s of wineries over the years and VJB is a whole vibe you don’t get many places. I would highly recommend their pizza and ribs followed with their home made chocolates. The Italian deli and indoor tasting room is beautifully stocked with everything you’re looking for on your wine tasting adventure. Highly recommend!

We had a really good time, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There's a good variety of wine for testing ? including their blend in jug and digestive wines. On top of that the food is delicious (pizza, salads, bbq ribs ?, sandwiches, etc) with a chance to get some gelato at the end, all good.Would definitely recommend! Family friendly! ?

The people the wine the food. A very special place. Jenna the outdoor server is a gem. So much so I gave her a small cat pin.

We got a free tasting with our stay at the Gaige house. Very good wines. We bought a bunch to take home. Because it was a slow day we were able to sit outside and enjoy our wines. Then we noticed the pizzas being served and now we have to go back for those.

Very hard finding places to eat around the vineyards outside of the town of Napa and Sonoma but VJB was a great little find. Small courtyard with outdoor tables. Lovely deli serving the most amazing paninis, pizza and the ribs we had were amazing. Lovely host very friendly. Have the Barbera red!

Excellent wines! Love the Primitivo and Prosecco. The pizzas are very tasty and recommend the Sicilian burger. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Teresa at the deli is great! Mike R and Florencia made our last private tasting special. And there’s the great Vittorio, friendly and always smiling. Great place to taste wine, eat and have a lovely day!

The venue and service is nice. The staff was friendly. The tasting pours for our group went a bit slower than we'd like and they do not comp any tastings for buying wine. At least that's what someone in our group was told. I can tell the wine is well made but I do not enjoy Italian varietals.

We arrived here "on a whim" while driving through Sonoma Valley looking for wineries. My wife noticed it so we decided to pull in and check it out. It was definitely not a winery for her, as she is a sweet drinker but there was something (what, I don't remember) for her to drink when we had lunch. Our son just got accepted to USC, so we drove from Ohio and figured we'd head up to Napa and Sonoma for some wineries. Ian was our wine expert and he guided me through an amazing list of excellent wines. I told him the Barbera was my 2nd favorite varietal and, even though it is was not the list he let me try it. It was definitely in the top 3 Barberas I have ever tried! Needless to say, I came back to Ohio with a new wine club under my belt. Today I just opened their 2020 Montepulciano and was amazed with how great it was! So glad that I joined their wine club. They ask for a year commitment, but I think I will stay quite a bit longer, since it would be cheaper than going back to Sonoma to buy their fantastic wines. So glad my wife saw it as we were passing by.
