Soule Domain is a wonderful restaurant, ideal for couples and special occasions. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is excellent. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as Lobster Wontons, White Shrimp Fresh Sea Scallops & ¼ Maine Lobster Tail with Fettucine, and Oregon Petrale Sole. The soup of the day, Cauliflower soup, was a pleasant surprise and highly recommended. The Pepper Seared Sea Scallops with smoked pork belly is a must-try for scallop lovers, and is available for both dine-in and take-out. The lobster wonton appetizer and the Shrimp, Scallop, Lobster Tail with Fettucine were highly praised for their flavorful sauces and perfectly cooked seafood. The Oregon Petrale Sole was described as very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service, provided by John, was excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Soule Domain is a highly recommended restaurant for its delicious food and great service.
