Amazing view and great food.
Came here for self service lunch and dinner. Both times, the food was amazing. Rec. pastries, artichoke beignets, cauliflower, Shashushka. Never had a bad dish. Wish they gave more bread to go with the entrees though

Really nice spot, the view is awesome. Food is good, my favorite is the French toast, and thier coffee is tasty too. Burrito, is good, generous amount of meat in it, the shakshoka barely had any meat in it(they said there was lamb sausage) there was little of it, taste was good. I would come back again, and will probably share the burrito and French toast. The view is worth it.
Got the cinnamon roll a smoothie and a coffee it was all amazing! Dog friendly too!

Destiny Coast is an outstanding restaurant with delicious, creative food, great service, and unbeatable views. It is a beautiful spot and a five-star experience across the board. The staff truly goes above and beyond, making guests feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish.
The food is superb. For brunch, the Green Goddess Superfoods Protein Bowl is a must. At sunset dinner, the short ribs, the artichoke beignets, and the Local Bluefin Tuna Crudo are excellent. The salmon dish is cooked to perfection. Portions are massive. While the breakfast burrito was lacking flavor, the short rib in it was good.
Parking can be difficult with a small lot; valet is available, especially in the evening. The outdoor dining area is well-covered with heat lamps. It is also pet friendly and close to La Jolla Playhouse, making it a great before or after theatre spot.
