Sit outside for the people watching. Great spot in the heart of La Jolla Village. What we liked is that since we are vegans, they had several selections that are clearly marked as Vegan. The server was conscientious. The place is very casual, not fancy at all, but Locals keep coming back because the food is spot on if you like Indian/Nepal cuisine

This is our third visit to Taste of Himalayas, and it’s officially become an obligated stop every time we come up from Los Cabos. The food is absolutely phenomenal, authentic, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Every dish we’ve tried has been a hit, and the service is always warm and welcoming. You can really feel the love and tradition in every bite.

Excellent flavors! We had the eggplant and chicken curry, garlic and cilantro naan and mint sauce. The best ethnic food I have ever had…very authentic. My husband and I shared a dish and were filled up with the addition of the Naan. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend. The service was very prompt and our food came out fast.
