THE LOT La Jolla offers a unique experience of dinner and a movie in a great ambiance. The food quality is generally good and pretty good, with GREAT food, cocktails, events and music. The Beef Hot Dog remains a favorite among customers. Prices are on the higher side and it is a bit higher price than a regular movie place, but the overall experience is enjoyable and definitely worth a few extra dollars. The calamari appetizer might be a miss, while the hummus is decent. The movie recliners are comfortable and clean. The restaurant area has a nice ambiance, especially when dining outside by the fire.
