Was charged an erroneous smoking fee, the hotel manager Monique Aguilar was not friendly or helpful in reversing the charge. Have filed complaints with no assistance or resolution. Would not recommend this hotel
Great hotel, very clean, views are beautiful & staff is amazing..... like Andrew at front desk, Rima from the restaurant & Nick from the bar.
I am just not used to how "pet" friendly Cali is. As a fur mama of a Pit Bull I was still a little shocked by a husky, big lab, and a pit mix all came int and walked up to the hostess stand or bar.
