We went in for the buy one foot long for 5$, get one for 5$ deal we saw on tv and the associate said that promo is only for online orders only. I wish they would've advertised that a little better. And also, I work in the food industry. When I came in, the associate working was talking on his phone, he saw us and then rushed to come and help, which I appreciated. I was watching as he just briefly rinsed his hands in the sink. No soap. With COVID-19 happening, that had me concerned. I said "that didn't look like 20 seconds to me." And he replied with kind of an oh well response. He was just a young kid probably in his early 20's but Subway, you need to make sure your staff is well trained on proper sanitizing and cleanliness. Make sure your employees know how to properly wash their hands and put gloves on before touching anything! We left because we wanted the deal and also, the young gentleman just didn't wash his hands properly.

I will say Customer service is always good. I live very close and and every SINGLE time i come in, its is very dirty in the area where all the food is. Some veggies have freezer burn or wilted. Also the area where they make your sandwich has crumbs everywhere. Its not wiped down like most subways. Im only posting so hopefully management makes changes so i can continue to come to this location.

Though the staff is usually friendly, they have been particularly low on stuff recently. Not sure if it's due to covid but anytime I've gone (I like to get tuna & bacon) they are always out of bacon. It's also been a little messy in the display fridge. I worked at subway as a first job for three years on 54th & University and we were constantly cleaning and refreshing the veggies. It's always a mess. It makes me wonder if they are really low or just lazy to stock the bins???

Honestly felt bad that the gentleman had made the sandwiches so I paid for them and threw them away. I was not going to give them to anyone after he was not only touching his hat multiple times, touching his face mask multiple times and behind his ear to adjust his mask all while having gloves on and making our sandwiches. This location was by far in my opinion the best in the area but lately they have gone downhill. With new staff Sadly will not return. Nothing against the gentleman he was friendly and helpful just not clean.

Went in tonight and they were out of half the meats and breads... The guy working was awesome he gets a 5 star rating... But as far as the food went... I ended up not even buying a sandwich for myself... They were out of everything I like on my sandwich... Sorry subway... But management needs to order or do something different to keep stuff in stock...

It's okay in a pinch. Usually clean, but has a slight grimy feel to the place. The veggies never seem to be fresh and there is usually a long waiting time. The employees are nice, but it seems management has the place understaffed.

Why is this store even open????? Close it and put a better department store!!!! Junk!

Visited the location often until I often would have the disrespectful manager mismanage her daily operations. Poor service and poor attitude. The employees appeared to be frustrated with her leaving them alone during lunch while customers lined up. The manager will scrutinize coupons and argued with customers. I found a nearby Subway to spend my money on.

The poor guy here today was alone as his partner didnt show. I was in line for 20 mins before I could even order. Shame on his manager for not coming in and helping him. He did a great job on my order made the sandwiches perfect and I would know as I go to subway a lot. His manager should know he left him hanging bad and 2 people left the line when I was there.
