We went in for the buy one foot long for 5$, get one for 5$ deal we saw on tv and the associate said that promo is only for online orders only. I wish they would've advertised that a little better. And also, I work in the food industry. When I came in, the associate working was talking on his phone, he saw us and then rushed to come and help, which I appreciated. I was watching as he just briefly rinsed his hands in the sink. No soap. With COVID-19 happening, that had me concerned....read full review

I will say Customer service is always good. I live very close and and every SINGLE time i come in, its is very dirty in the area where all the food is. Some veggies have freezer burn or wilted. Also the area where they make your sandwich has crumbs everywhere. Its not wiped down like most subways. Im only posting so hopefully management makes changes so i can continue to come to this location.

Though the staff is usually friendly, they have been particularly low on stuff recently. Not sure if it's due to covid but anytime I've gone (I like to get tuna & bacon) they are always out of bacon. It's also been a little messy in the display fridge. I worked at subway as a first job for three years on 54th & University and we were constantly cleaning and refreshing the veggies. It's always a mess. It makes me wonder if they are really low or just lazy to stock the bins???
