“i frequent Lollicup for the Boba which is an option for any drink on their menu- hot, warm, or cold. The menu covers the usual flavored drink combos with just as many unique signature flavored drinks. Of course, like the Boba you have the option to get a traditional iced tea or hot cocoa But Why?? Lollicup also serves Slushies, Smoothies, Milkshakes, Snow, Dairy & Non-Dairy just ask the staff are always friendly and know their drink ??. Been here for 10+ years and Lollicup does not disappoint/hits the brain-freezing/warm-soothing spot Everytime.“

Such a cute place and so affordable! They offer three different teas: $15 mini fruit, a scone and desserts, $25 child’s fruit, scone, sandwiches and desserts, $35 full fruit, scone, three types of sandwiches, and desserts. All come with tea
They have so many to choose from. They have metered 2 hr parking out front. Be mindful as I forgot and received a ticket.
They do offer Sunday teas but it’s by appointment only. For groups of 6+ they will take a deposit and credit card to secure it, but if it’s only a few people you can just make a reservation. The lady over the phone said they do take walk ins for mini teas. If you want other options it’s best to make a 24 hr reservation.“

“First time here. We got a smoothies and fruit teas. They're yummy. They use REAL FRUIT and, for ube smoove, they use a paste. That's great. I prefer that than powders. The guy who helped us was really nice and had a great sense of humor. I'll come back here.“

“This review is only for the holiday tea! The hotel is gorgeous but I did not stay in the hotel. The holiday tea was PHENOMENAL!! I am a San Diego local and choose a different high end tea every year for my mom's Christmas gift. We have been to just about all of them and this one definitely takes the cake. The included champagne was amazing, and as a gluten free girl usually the options are mediocre at best. Not this time. Everything was made in house from scratch. Best gluten free bread I've ever had in my life. I mean that. Truly a great experience and the ambience was stellar. A holiday MUST!!“

“cious drinks, so Mosa Tea, any chance can be better or any different? But this drink told me they can make really nice drinks! The service is very sweet, I’m lactose intolerant and I don’t want to have the non dairy creamer since it is usually not healthy. The staff told me the Matcha Genmai Green doesn’t have milk in it and the strawberry matcha can add oat milk instead. I chose Genmai green with 25% sugar and pistachio milk foam. Milk foam usually doesn’t bother me since it’s really little amount and processed, the staff double confirmed with me about the milk foam which was really considerate. The drink was really really strong, really tea tastes straight forward! Probably it is the most tea flavor forwards drink I’ve ever had, it is delicious, intense and refreshing! If you love tea, you have to try this! Also the sugar level I chose 25% is right good, you almost didn’t taste the sugar, there’s a little sweetness in the green tea jelly. I think I’ll definitely recommend this place!“

“Not sure what’s taking me so long to write a review for this place, but I’m a regular. This is the place i go a few times a week to get my boba fix. Their boba texture is just about right. You can customize your drink - no ice, less sugar,etc at no extra charge. It’s dangerous for my waistline but worth it. It’s a small shop and there’s not really an area to sit down to hang out. It’s more like an order and go kind place.“
