The chef(s) are absolute flavor artists. Love is in all their food creations. (Gluten free bun is NOT dull and dry, it's one of the good ones). 2) Crispy Rice/Spicy Albacore - Dude, what the heck!? We've had these apps at every restaurant that has them and for me this was the best creation/version. It was diced fish, not 'finely minced' like other places, with yummy sauce and red pepper flakes (nice touch!) on immaculately seared rice patties! Ambiance: Outdoor eating area has heaters for when it's chillier, and it's very floral and nature'y. Lovely! Prices:Reasonable for the level of effort put into the food! Love this place.“

“Great place to hang out. They have an awesome selection of beers, cocktails, and wine. They have mocktails for the kids too. If you like board games they have plenty to pick from but you can also hang out and play D&D or watch streamers play on their tvs.The food is a hidden gem. I've tried almost everything on the menu and my favorites are the Mac and Cheese, sweet potato tots, and the cheese board. Pork sandwich gets an honorable mention as well.Kid-friendliness: They have mocktails and lots of kid friendly games.“
“Scored some tickets on Stub Hub and got to watch the Angels play from our seats at Brewery X. We got there a little early and checked out the bar and hung out at one of the indoor bar tops. It was nice to have this option and stay in the cool AC before the game started. The sun was bright and hot at our seats. We enjoyed some seltzers and beers and once we got to our seats we had the most delicious carnitas nachos we have ever had at the ballpark. It was a fun experience to hang out at Brewery X, have great seats and in seat dining with delicious food. Only wish I could order my favorite Zebra popcorn to my seat. It was simple enough to take a walk from our seats and visit a concession stand on club level.“

“I've eaten her twice, sharing their chicken nachos with two others and enjoying a Smog City Groundworks Coffee Porter on tap. The nachos were plentiful with flavorful chicken, plenty of cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos and sides of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. They have a wide selection of craft beer on draft, so you'll find something for whatever your mood. The servers were also attentive both times.If you're a sports fan, the numerous large screen TVs on every wall will ensure you don't miss a play. While I visited during the Cal State Fullerton students' winter break, I could imagine the lively energy when they return. Situated in a cool part of town with brick buildings and appealing aesthetics, Fullerton Brew Co. offers not just great food and drinks but also a vibrant location to explore with plenty of nearby stores. A definite go-to spot for a relaxed and enjoyable time.Parking: I was able to park in one of two large parking lots both times, but I did have to circle a couple times to find a spot. Parking was free at the time I went, but did become a paid lot later in the evenings.“

“Excellent smash burger. I got the double wagyu smash cheeseburger and made it a combo with garlic fries and drink. Both are delicious. Anyone who is familiar with the Freddie's chain (Freddie's is not in CA to my knowledge), this is the style of burger here. Dipping sauce is 35c. The ranch dressing is actually good, made fresh, and not the weird generic bottled ranch most places give. (Sorry no pics, I was pretty hungry.)“
“On 12.30.23, had a wedding reception here. Albert and his staff were so kind, amazing, and were so helpful to make everything and everyone feel absolutely comfortable. ? Our bartender, she had a great smile and a joyful heart and even went beyond to help the bride take stuff out of her into the restaurant AND encouraging the happy couple to have their first wedding dance! “I've been wanting to try this place out at LBX. I'm Filipino and I noticed they had some Filipino things on the menu. I called in today to try their Filipino Brunch and I sensed some hesitation in the person's voice. Come to find out, this location is turning into an Italian restaurant but they were so kind to make me a Filipino Brunch to-go; their last one ever! They were so kind and I'm bummed it's changing but I left with a smile and a blessed heart.“
