Menchie's Frozen Yogurt has received mixed reviews. Some customers have had issues with incorrect orders and forgotten items, such as cookie dough balls, when ordering delivery. Others have been satisfied with the yogurt and toppings, but found the prices to be steep, with a total of over $22 for three small cups.
