We came at 2 on a Saturday afternoon and they had run out of food. Smelled great though.
Best birria around!!! I drove an hour and a half to this fantastic little taco truck for the birria ramen and tacos and it was totally worth it. Also the best authentic salsa I’ve ever had. It’s spicy and lemony. The verde is super flavorful and mild while the chipotle steps up the heat a little more and the star of the show is their rojo. Just a tip, add some of the rojo to the ramen.
