“I don’t usually treat myself to bougie experiences like private chefs, but this one was so worth it. Chef Matty and his team were absolute pros — from planning to plating, everything was seamless. They were referred to us by the concierge of our Palm Springs rental, and from the start, Matty was incredibly responsive and helpful in curating our Mexican-themed menu.

There were six of us, and the food was not only delicious but super generous — we even had leftovers for breakfast and lunch! Such a treat to be served and taken care of while relaxing and enjoying time away as a group. “The food was excellent! I rarely can find squash blossoms and when I saw them on the menu I knew I had to order. These are often seasonal and very hard to find. They were incredible. Piping hot, crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. They are served with Marinara. I prefer honey drizzle or agave so I added my own. My mouth was singing their praises. I’m looking forward to trying so many tasty bites I saw on the menu. Two thumbs up for me.“
