The food is delicious and beautiful, the crew is super organized, the chefs are very personable and knowledgeable and they’ve got the raddest looking wood fire oven that they bring. In addition to that, I really respect the level of care they put into all the ingredients , growing everything they possibly can, smoking their own meats, to grinding their own flour. It’s not often a catering company is that scratch made and organic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wheat and Fire for delicious pizzas and MORE!“

“We believe great food, great drinks, and great music make the perfect party and we wanted our wedding to be exactly that. We did several tastings and Carousel Catering blew the others away. It was simply no contest! Also, Chef David and the Event Coordinator, Allen, were such a pleasure to work with. They helped us craft the perfect menu for our guests modeled after some of our favorite NYC restaurant menus (many of our family and friends are foodies so we didn’t want to disappoint) while also staying within our budget. Our wedding was on a ranch with just one normal house kitchen as opposed to a professional set up. Despite the challenge, the food turned out amazing and was enjoyed by all!!! Many of our guests were talking about how good the food was. Their steak, chicken, vegetables and desserts were all delicious. The appetizers during happy hour were all amazing too. We would really recommend the tres major steak, the ahi tuna tacos, and the parmesan souffle, but everything tasted great. They were also very accommodating to our vegan guests, preparing a nice option for them. We would recommend them to anybody looking for wedding catering!“

“Absolutely lovely evening. Food, Halibut and Veal tenderloin specials, were exceptional. Wait staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere of sitting in the treed courtyard was perfect. It was a busy night with all tables full of people enjoying themselves. Spencers is one of our must go to restaurants every time we come to the Palm Springs area.“

“My family recently held an 80th birthday party and reunion at a residence in Palm Springs. For dinner, we needed food for about 30 people, so we started researching caterers in the area. We came across Encanto Catering, and were very pleased with their service. Victor helped to create a taco bar buffet for our event. He was friendly, professional, and responded quickly to our emails and phone calls during the planning phase. On the day of the event, Victor came to the house to set up the buffet, and everything went smoothly. Service and display was for three hours, setup and cleanup included. The food was delicious, the pricing was affordable, and the linens even matched our decor. We were offered all leftovers, as well as assistance with putting them away. Victor was very pleasant during both coordination and the day of the party. Thank you - our group had a great time, and the food was enjoyed by all. We hope to work with you again!“
