“Pretty good chicken, interesting atmosphere.
Had the Top Loaded Fries Fries piled high with cheese sauce, pickles, kale slaw and topped with 6 Dave's Bites (medium) and drizzle of Dave's sauce, (had mine without the slaw and pickles, still good). The chicken was tender, the spice I'll get hotter than mild next time. The fries were good, could be better without the season salt added, since the chicken already has a seasoning on it, but still tasty. I also had the orange cream slushie (drinkable "dreamsicle ice cream"), delicious!!
The atmosphere is very interesting. From the crazy looking rubber chicken-headon a man's body in a hot spring, to the one in a Palm Springs tram.

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff. The place was super fresh and clean. I opted for the chicken sliders and choose to go hot; it was spicy but still tolerable. The food order was done fast and accurate. I liked how the staff handing me the food told me to let them know if I needed anything else and provided her name. I also liked how attentive they were, they went to the patio to ask if we needed anything and if everything tasted good.
Parking: Parking shared with next door Chipotle but ample parking

“Came here EARLY to secure my son’s favourite take-out meal for his schools ‘lunch on the lawn’. Even though it wasn’t lunchtime, they had my meal ready immediately so I could get back on the road. Leilani was supremely kind and packaged my son’s takeout bag extra special. 🙏🏼 It’s experiences such as these that often go unnoticed, and that society needs more of. Thank you Chick-fil-A Palm Desert 🙏🏼“

“I enjoy this El Pollo Loco above any other that I've been to! The quality of food in the restaurants overall are great for fast food but this location in particular has the cleanest atmosphere and the nicest employees out of all the ones I've visited.
The managers I've interacted with and employees alike are very welcoming and personable.
I wish the El Pollo Loco App worked better but surely that's the developer not the restaurant or it's management.
Dietary restrictions: I am highly allergic to onions and I'm so happy that I can eat here and be safely accommodated without hassle or attitude from staff. No one ever treats me like I'm just picky.“

Parking: Small parking lot, but never really alot of people there.
Kid-friendliness: My grandson is 4 and he love it, especially the Mac N Cheese!!

“My children are fans of Pollo loco and requested for a 5 star review. We go every time they want to celebrate a sports competition and need to recharge energy with chicken nachos.I have to admit, even though I’m not 100% aligned with the branding, the food is good quality and absolutely delicious. I specially enjoy the chicken salad and can’t wait to try it again!“
