Me and my daughter favorite place.
I was super skeptical about the vegan ceviche made with cauliflower, but after tonight, I’m sold. Crazy how much it tastes just like traditional ceviche. Straight out of the container or on chips, it’s delicious.
We will definitely be getting this again. And for a little extra flavor, some of their spicy micro greens mix on top was great too!
