Great service and very comfortable setting for a conversation without hearing or being heard by others. Food was what we remembered from previous visits that were more than a year ago. We will be back soon!
The sole and mashed potatoes is always an excellent dish. Two of us had fish tacos which were good but could have used more cilantro? The eggs Benedict were appreciated. It is such a nice experience to come into the restaurant and be greeted by smiling people. It began what was a really great experience.
I had some of the best food here. We had a fixed menu because we were there for a large party. The grits and prawns were awesome. Who knew grits could have so much flavor. My wife had a carrot soup that we loved! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious but the big surprise was the unassuming potatoes. I do not know what they were cooked in but each one bite of diced potato was a treat. Lastly I am not a fan of pumpkin pie but I love cheesecake. They had pumpkin cheesecake...
