We LOVE 230 Forest Ave! The Parker House rolls and bacon wrapped dates are terrific appetizers and the scallop entre was a great second act! Service was attentive and it was a beautiful evening to dine outdoors (where it was less noisy).
My dad still had food in his mouth and food on his plate and the server brought out his little birthday dessert. Timing was way off, and the table wasn't needed as there were many available.
Usually great but last night had problems. Inattentive service and undercooked 2 pork chops and sent them back to fix. However, crusted halibut was perfect! Been here other times and all was perfect. It was very crowded for hospitality night so maybe that overwhelmed them.
