Sam is the best part of Bouchée! She was incredibly welcoming when popping in for a smoothie. The kindness Sam provides with service is what makes the difference in a customer’s experience and she’s the reason mine was great.
To get to this place, you can either enter through the main entrance where cars pull up from the road, or take the elevator to Level L from the hotel, walk through the larger hall, and exit outside toward the entrance. The bakery will be on your left.

Absolutely loved Bouchée. The pastries, coffee, matcha ( was not your top grade matcha , balanced not overly sweet ) and overall atmosphere were all beautiful — prices were a little high , however everything felt really elevated while still being warm and relaxed. The location inside Montage Laguna Beach makes it even more special with the coastal view and aesthetic. Perfect spot for breakfast, coffee, or a quick sweet treat.
