One star because I asked if the mozzarella sandwich was made fresh. The woman at the front (short hair, glasses) insisted it was. Then, when she thought I wasn’t looking, she grabbed a plastic-wrapped, prepackaged sandwich and warmed it up. Equivalent of a Starbucks item, in freshness and taste. However, the 1 star is for the woman who blatantly lied to me thinking I wouldn’t notice.

The Coffee Klatch in Laguna Beach is under new ownership. The coffee is outstanding. My fiancé and I had a blueberry muffin and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pastries ate made in store... So good.The owner (Nick) couldn't have been more courteous or accommodating. We'll be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

?♀️ Surfer J here… man I was excited to get my koffee klatch, but it was a major bummer that it was closed when it was supposed to be open. Thankfully there is another spot next door otherwise I wouldn’t have made it through the day. Total bummer the klatch was closed.
The owner is so sweet. It’s very dog friendly. They have good vegan drink options. Nice selection of syrups for lattes. Cute outdoor seating area not facing the street. It’s worth a visit.

Koffee Klatch was kind of bungus. The coffee was not good, the scone was dry and old, and there was only one lady working who really not could've cared less. The seats were nice though, as it was a nice place to sit.
