Have loved SanShiGo for 33 years in Laguna Beach. Sad to see them go, but will just have to drive up to Newport Beach in the future. Thank you for all the wonderful years here in Laguna. This is truly an end of an era.
We had a reservation @ 5:30. We got there @ 5:30. The Patio was 80% open. The host took us to a 2 top table. I asked for a larger 4 top which We always do and the host told us they were booked??? They're were 5 open 4 tops. And he argued with me!!! We've been eating @ San Shi Go for over 35 years!!! Never a problem. By the way those 4 tops never filled up while we were eating dinner. There still were 3 4 tops open when We left 1 hour later. Someone needs to train the hosts how...read full review

The best Sushi in the world, with the best sushi chef in the world, KOICHI. I've been there so many times over the last 26 years, and I'm so sad that this location is closing for good. The freshness of the food and the artistic way my food was presented was always top notch! I never had a complaint. Best of luck to San Shi GO forever! I will miss you like no tomorrow....xoxo
