We are Laguna locals for almost 50 years. We arrived for our 5:45 Saturday night rez. Labor day weekend, our Anniversary. Thought it would be packed, but it was not. Had not been back since post Covid closure. Asked for the fanciest dining area inside and had our exact table we sat at before closre. Surprised at new decor being soooo white. Pretty, but cafeteria feel. Sharon, our server was delightful. Verry attentive at start, but something happened half way thru evening....read full review
Great views and nice park to go for a walk after
Yumi really made experience 5 stars. We chose to sit outside as the weather was really nice but it was a bit sunny which I didn’t mind. Yumi noticed the sun in my eyes and went out of her way to rearrange the large heaters/lights to cover my face from the sun. Even though she was super sweet and helpful the entire time, that gesture really made a huge difference for me. She’s truly a gem and a game changer in terms of elevating the customer’s experience.
