The loft is easily one of my favorite restaurants in SoCal.

On my last trip warmly greeted and seated overlooking the pool and the ocean, the Sommelier Gary helped me and my date pick out a bottle of a fantastic Riesling and spoke with us a while about chartreuse varieties. The waiter made some recommendations including an off menu parmesan risotto which ended up ordering with a lobster tail. The foot was exceptional and the lobster Tail served over the parmesan...

We had the most amazing birthday brunch at The Loft, thanks to our fantastic waiter, Johnny. He was warm, funny, and incredibly attentive—from patiently waiting as my parents arrived late (they went to the wrong resort!) to surprising us with a complimentary peach tart to celebrate my birthday. Every detail was perfect, and Johnny made us feel so welcome and cared for. He’s truly an asset to the Montage—we hope to see him again on our next visit!
