“I've only ever been to this location in the late afternoon, early evening on my way home from work. I've always ordered an app for pick up on my way home, Whenever I've gotten there, the drive thru has never been busy at the most there's been one car.Whatever i've ordered the food has always been good so there's no negatives there. Service has also always been good, However, The last time I was there when I got to the drive through speaker.It was an automated attended that asked if I had ordered on the app and when I said yes I was told to drive to the window. When I got to the window the staff there looked at me and said can I help you as if they didn't know why I was there so apparently the automated system doesn't actually communicate to the workers. That's the reason for the 4 stars on service.Otherwise it would have been five.“
“The employee was great, but you need to lose the automated system at the drive through. There’s very low traffic whenever I go there and no need to take a human out of that position since they aren’t doing anything else while I order. The automated system gets things wrong and doesn’t understand promotions or “deals” that are advertised“
