Avila’s Ranchito knocked it out of the park! Their Camarones a la Diabla were perfectly cooked—plump shrimp that hits all the right notes without overpowering. Even better, the service was great: our server was attentive, friendly, and happy to offer recommendations. If you’re looking for top‑notch Mexican cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in Laguna Niguel, Avila’s Ranchito is a must‑try!

Based on the reviews, Avila's El Ranchito in Laguna Niguel offers top-notch Mexican cuisine with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For lighter fare, the caldo y tacos is always a hit, and the crunchy tacos should not be forgotten. The nachos are reasonably priced and include the meat. The serving sizes are huge and can be shared. Service is great, fast, and friendly, with attentive servers who are happy to offer recommendations. The atmosphere is family-friendly and upbeat, with a family feel. There is nice outdoor seating available. Parking is free, with handicap spots and a conjoined lot a short walk away. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, allowing for indoor or outdoor dining. While the burrito was a little bit greasy, overall the food is tasty. This location is a little farther from the freeway but is fantastic as always.
