Awesome staff. Best fortune cookies ever

Nice visit here, this was my first trip and was happy with the experience. The meal was pretty tasty, the presentation was dreadful but I was happy with how it tasted. The service was fantastic, the receipt says Edward was the person I dealt with and he was super friendly and helpful. UPDATE: I returned to this location and ordered the firecracker crispy shrimp with brown fries rice and wow this was a great dish. Again, Edward was super helpful and gave great service! I will say however the restaurant smelled a bit off today. (I’ve been in a lot of commercial kitchens and I know this smell well.)

Employee Edward provided the worst experience. Rude attitude for no reason, confrontational middle age man pissed off he is stuck working at Pick up Stix at his age. Threw my food at me and smirked at me like a young juvenile wanting to fight. Awesome customer service. Great hire.

The manager here at this location has an absolute terrible attitude. He’s blonde and middle aged. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Inside of the store is not clean either.

Good food

This is a great alternative if you want fast food without the guilt. I find it more fresh and better than Panda Express, and has more healthier options. I usually get the firecracker Chicken or honey glazed chicken, on Brown rice. Their shrimp is really good as well.

They manage to give me a kids meal portion instead of there old regular portions.
Got my chicken and rice together instead of separate like always. And its in a small plate , together… shame on ya. Definitely wont see my or my family’s business anymore.
$15 for a kids meal size (not kids meal) is insane

The slowest fast food place ever!

I was so impressed with the manager today. He worked so meticulously and with such enthusiasm...it was like he owned the place himself.

I usually get take away, but we decided to eat in and the service here was great. I didn't expect them to bring it to our table and offer an extra plate so my mom and I could share. Tip top.
