Rubios is very consistent. Every time I go I get the same quality of food across all locations. Last night I had the California bowl, which is my go-to, and a salmon Taco. I love their green sauce that's in the squeeze bottles at the salsa bar. I could put that on everything.Parking: Since there are so many food places in a small space, the parking lot does get crowded but the entire lot is huge so there's always a spot open somewhere
I love the fish tacos and bean burrito at Rubio's. The food was quite good, however the cleanliness of the restaurant is a turn off. Every surface, tables, salsa bar, floor was really dirty. It makes you wonder if this is their front of the house presentation, what does the kitchen look like. Unfortunately I won't return, I'll try another location next time I crave a fish taco.
