Introduced a friend to this place via takeout and the crispy honey chicken was soggy and lacked any flavor, tasted more like vinegar. I believe this was an isolated incident as this was the first time I experienced this. The manager was very apologetic and made it right. I really appreciated the response!
Nice visit here, this was my first trip and was happy with the experience. The meal was pretty tasty, the presentation was dreadful but I was happy with how it tasted. The service was fantastic, the receipt says Edward was the person I dealt with and he was super friendly and helpful. UPDATE: I returned to this location and ordered the firecracker crispy shrimp with brown fries rice and wow this was a great dish. Again, Edward was super helpful and gave great service! This is a great alternative if you want fast food without the guilt. I find it more fresh and better than Panda Express, and has more healthier options. I usually get the firecracker Chicken or honey glazed chicken, on Brown rice. Their shrimp is really good as well.
