Rooms are very run down. Stains on carpets, furniture and drapes.
Common space also showing major wear and tear.
$600+ a night for a “lakeview” but it’s actually facing a pool which would be fine but the music/dj is so offensively loud, and also awful music. The rooms are not soundproofed at all so that means most of the rooms are incredibly loud and there’s no escape! I wouldn’t call this hotel “family friendly” more like a loud party hotel trying to be Miami. Also I find it weird you can’t charge things to your room at the pool. Such a wonderful place to have an event! We held a conference here with ~75 people and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jamie and DJ Clay. If you will be hosting a conference or even in Lake Arrowhead, this is by far the best place.
