“I give this restaurant a 4.5 if I could .the white rice had pieces of hard , either undercooked or dried out rice , which made it difficult to eat because I would suddenly bite down on a hard piece

I have the mandarin hot plate which was very good and my husband had the chicken fried rice . I say order the friend rice everytime , tastes like it’s made to order . Will be trying more dishes in the future !

“Wonderful, accommodating staff, delicious food at affordable prices. Went twice during our 3 days here and each time they didn’t disappoint. My party tried the Albondigas Soup (there were 8 meatballs in a bowl of it for just under $6), the Chicken wrap (my friend said it was probably the best she’s had), both the Chicken & Ground Beef Enchiladas with refried beans (that were perfect) & rice, Shredded Beef Burrito and the al la carte Ground Beef Tostada…. And we give a thumbs on every single item. We also tried their… “Mango Margaritas”, “Long Island Iced Tea” and the “Killer Margarita”, no complaints on those either. The bartender definitely knows how to make a drink!“

“Our server, Aurora, was very sweet and responsive. However, it took a very long time to receive our dinner (and our drinks from the bar) despite the early hour and few diners present. Hopefully this issue can be addressed by hiring more staff, if this is the reason for the wait time we experienced. Heat lamps on the patio would have been nice, opening up the possibility of outdoor dining. Especially with the adjacent lakeside location!“

I had the classic club sandwich with fries and an iced tea — crispy, fresh, and perfectly satisfying. Moses went sweet with the French toast special and coffee, and he didn’t say much while eating… which says everything.

The service? Quick and friendly, like they’ve known us for years. And we couldn’t leave without splitting a cinnamon roll — warm, gooey, and possibly the real reason Elvis shook his hips.

I grew up in the area so it doesn't bother me.“

“My first time visiting. I was amazed at how fresh the ingredients in the food were. I had the chicken soup which was the BEST I have ever eaten. An entire boneless chicken breast in the broth with potatoes, corn on the cob, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with a side of Spanish rice that I added to the soup. Delightful.

I also had the shrimp ceviche tostada that was incredibly fresh and delicious. And the corn tortilla that it was served on never got soggy!

Home and mother’s cooking at its best. For a small hole-in-the-wall place, the food is better than most high-end restaurants!

“I been Here 3 times and the 3rd time was awful. I ordered the same thing I had the other 2 times. Taqutios but I asked AGAIN if I can miss match. The girl that was taking my order had a BAD attitude. Which was shocking because other 2times the woman who took my order was great! But this time it was a youngester. And not only that I heard a lady in the bk ground complainant mocking me because I asked for chicken and beef. That night I spent 66 bucks for Taqutios, asada fries and prok chille fries and tacos . And I almost didn't pay . The young girl had a bad attitude and as she was Handing me my drinks and food like as if she wanted to let it go. In all I probably won't go there again. Food is good but who wants to give their hard working money to a place like that.“
