“I really wanted to like this place, because the food was really good. A girlfriend of mine and my 9 year old son visited here on Tuesday around 4pm. We walked in, we're immediately greeted and sat in a comfy booth, noticing the very unique artwork and decor. Pros: The Cadillac Margaritas on the rocks were very good. Ordered to start the guacamole and chips, was very tasty. We shared the Main Lobster Puerto Nuevo Style, the cook level was on point, and the seasonings were delicious. Now we were told it's 2 lbs of meat, which was definitely not the case. The cost for how much meat, I would say, is not worth the price at $95 an order. My son had grilled chicken tacos that he said were good. And we all appreciated the little churro ice cream dessert I received for a special birthday surprise. Cons: On a 1-10 level of volume, the music was at a 9, for 4pm on a Tuesday, it felt like they were trying to turn the place into a dayclub. Just seemed unnecessary to have it that loud. We could barely hear each other across the table. After sitting a while listening to the music, I would absolutely never bring my son back here. A couple of songs passed as we sat, where every other word was N$gg@#, F@$k, or other explicit words. Some may not agree, but I'm only 38 and find that highly inappropriate for a restaurant. Now, if that's the ambiance you want to have in your restaurant, no argument, however, then make it a 18 and up place or post something stating children may not be the best audience for your restaurant. We even made a comment to our waiter, and he just smiled and said, "Ya, there's a lot of songs like that we play!" and walked off. Our service was definitely less than stellar with him, let me tell you. As we walked in, we stated it was our first time. Anytime we asked a question, before we could finish our question, we were cut off and met with a very dismissive, hasty response as he would be walking away as well. It felt as if we were offending him or he just had more important things to do. Their menu is very confusing, as we were trying to figure out the taco pricing (since it was Taco Tuesday). The service from our waiter, I would say, was a 1 of 10. He was not friendly (even though he smiled) his demeanor was uninviting and sometimes condescending. In the end, thankfully, we had another young lady who was taking care of us. She was very sweet and pleasant as we commented on our concerns she stated she would let the manager know. In understanding, it's not her fault, we would've told our waiter. However, he disappeared after we received our food. All in all, this place has good food, but it is not good enough for us to spend almost $200 for horrible and condescending service.”

“I finally found a spot close to home that serves Taiwanese popcorn chicken and a great variety of milk teas, it instantly brought me back to the good old Lollicup days! I couldn’t be happier. They offer a wide range of drinks, tasty food options, and even sell lottery tickets.

I ordered the popcorn chicken at medium heat, but next time I’ll definitely go for hot. The sauces I tried were the sweet chili and garlic aïoli. Both were so flavorful. I’m especially excited to come back and try the spam musubi.

We brought it home, and he used the carb friendly ones, and the El Unico fix was complete! The burritos ? a gigantic, you definitely get your money's worth. My husband has been getting food from here since the original gentleman started this place, when it was just barely a shack. I started 35 years ago, and it was barely much more than that. The food, the atmosphere, and everything else that makes a place magical, still exists here, in this place. Now, I bring my adult son, and his friends, as well. The kids love their cookies and cream with boba, their Melon tea, honey black tea with strawberry popping boba, their Nutella dessert egg puff and the Hawaiian shaved ice with all the toppings. The environment is always clean, peaceful and friendly. They have televisions there to keep the kids occupied while waiting patiently for our drinks and food every time. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! I've been going here for years and I actually go every week sometimes twice a week. This place has great traditional Mexican food recipes. All the comfort food that you love. I always like sharing great restaurants that can save you money, This is not one of those . prices are fair but for us it's one of the more expensive places we go because it so good. The service is excellent from all the staff. We go there so much that the wait staff usally bring out things we always order as we are seated before we order it. “This one is for their newer location in Menifee CA. Painful wait, no heads or tails. Even the assigned number they issue has zero sense, as numbers called jump up and down. Let’s say one consumer is issue the number #350 at time of arrival. Numbers called while waiting for the lucky number varied as they are called: 169! 422! 269! etc. Heavy wait waiting for the lucky number: 45 minutes, and in my lucky case 55 minutes. Wether ordering online or in person, there will be people who arrived much later yet they get their food faster. A crew of about 12 lemmings, I mean staff appearing busy but the pace is painfully slow. What can one do but wait. Perhaps Taco Tuesday was a little more challenging. Food ordered: Carne Asada Tacos, Carnitas, Chicken, and Shrimp at $2.89 each. Favorable aspects: Presentation, well served amount wise, nice place, order was accurate, salsas not too shabby (red, green, and the viciously hot ? orange). Not so favorable: all meats for some reason seemed to taste the same, except for the shrimp. Greasy to a certain degree. To repeat the long and almost agonizing wait I would have to drink several cold beers which would make a safe return somewhat hazardous ⚠️ so I pass. For the number of personnel on duty, it should move faster. Perhaps they secretly believe it is worth the wait, but in our case it was not spectacular by a wide margin. Almost $30 for a 3.5 Stars at best.”

I wish I took a photo of the setup but we were so busy through the day. We ordered appetizers (bacon wrapped weenies, donut and strawberry skewers, and cheese and crackers) for our main dinner we had pulled chicken and pulled pork, Mac and cheese, roasted garlic red potatoes, and green bean casserole. I can’t even begin to explain how delicious everything was, you’ll just have to trust us and give them a shot! 10/10 service and food! On top of everything I found they were also incredibly affordable for our budget, and we were impressed with just how much food we got! Also, try the pink lemonade it’s to die for! “This place had a great team. You could tell because they were like family and even the younger staff were confident and did excellent.

My experience was with William. I walked into the Lake Elsinore store and he was the front person.. I had movers at the house helping unload the truck and asked William the size of taco's and if they had like a value pack of 20 or so.. He was like, well let's see, and pulled up the screen options tinkered around and said yeah here's a 12 pack and salad, but for two it was like $65 and I was going to pay but he said or and found me a perfect combo with chips and salsa and I so happy. He just was a good guy, interested in where I moved to and why I left and came back, and where my son was. Like we had been long lost friends. It was a true human interaction that I thought was lost in newer generations. I value these because more times than not the restaurant person (especially not if in a waiteress transaction) anything outside give me burger and coke will be met with disinterested eye rolls.

This time i ordered to go, I got a Carne asada, a carnitas and Pollo taco. They're usually pretty good but this time they outdid themselves in a real way with all 3 meats. Regret only throwing my change in the tip jar so much that I decided to finally write them a review. Haven't tried the rest of the food, but I'd absolutely recommend for what have! “I came across this gem one afternoon as I was heading back home. I was greeted by the cashier named Yvonne and she recommended me the Hawaiian BBQ mix. It came with rice, macaroni salad, BBQ chicken, BBQ beef, and short ribs! The portion is massive (I usually eat a lot and I almost couldn't finish it).

Once I am done with the food, the chef named Mr. Ho asked if I find the taste good. I just showed him the empty plate that I devoured.

There are a variety of drinks ( I definitely recommend the Hawaiian Sun selections that sits on the counter. Any flavor is fine because it can't go wrong with the brand.

I will definitely be back for more food.

Parking: A lot of spot since it shares a building with Lowe's and other major food franchise like Starbucks.
