There is a creepy maintenance guy there which yells at people. So disgusting and disappointing. Why they have a creepy maintenance guy when there are kids and moms around? He’s around 40, 5-10ish, blond hair. Just fire him.

Ugh, not the Chucky Cheese of my childhood. I personally like the band, the play equipment, and the overall pandemonium.This particular location was horribly understaffed. The food was OK, and there were some very cool games, but the vibe was not fun. Dave and Busters is a better alternative for the money. I can't recommend this business.

We have been to at least 6 birthday parties here the past couple of years and also taken our two girls here quite a few times this past year or so and they have such a great time playing all the games! Tonight, (January 10th), we came as a family along with my parents to celebrate my younger daughter’s 4th birthday. I was so impressed at how kind the staff was (particularly a young Hispanic female employee) and that Chucky Cheese came over personally to greet my daughter when she was crying because she was not part of the other two large birthday parties and wanted to give him a hug and take a picture. It was really so sweet that they went out of their ways to do that and meant so much to us! That made our daughter’s night and birthday so much more memorable! Customer service and kind, cool people go a long way in my book, as well as my family’s and we will continue to come here and recommend to others, especially after tonight’s positive experience! We like the pizza here and the games, especially the car racing games and ski ball machines! Thank you again and see you guys soon!Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly place!

Missing the band that was replaced by video screens? You messed up a great icon restaurant to and for kids. The new games...most are big rip off. But kids being kids they had fun.Can't say I'd even recommend

We had a great time at this Chuck E. Cheese location. One employee in particular made this time very enjoyable Thomas went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time, and is very helpful and win. Another employee didn’t offer us a promo that was going on that day he went out of his way to make sure that we got what we deserved. We had purchased a 45 minute unlimited card and decided to get another hour. Thomason informed us that if we do an hour we get a free 30 minutes that day which we did not know on the first 45. We ask if we could get a free 45 minute since we weren’t informed about that the first time. After inquiring he decided that you would give us the 45 minutes then the general manager Vanessa came out. She was nothing but rude and made us feel very bad for acquiring about the 45 minutes. Afterwards, we also found out that Thomas got in trouble for giving us the time as well which is unacceptable! He was just trying to be nice and give us a good experience. Thomas is the type of employee that should be the general manager at the Chuck E. Cheese locations. He was nothing but friendly and accommodating the entire day. Vanessa, on the other hand, should not be a manager and was extremely rude, and should be reevaluated as a manager immediately.
Classic and nostalgic. A great place to consider if you're short on time and need to plan children's birthday parties. There are various packages to consider but each one comes with not just the food, drinks and games, but also party favors / goodie bags for attendees. There are also several options of add ons, whether it is pizza, drinks, or other party foods they have. Truly a "one stop shop" so you don't have to bring extra things when you don't want to since they have everything you'll need to throw a party.Although I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a long while, I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness. There are numerous games for all ages that will definitely occupy anyone for hours. Plenty of parking since the Souplantation closed down next door... but the place can get pretty busy so be prepared!

I gotta admit, I was very disappointed with this Chuck E Cheese. Because my daughter did a fantastic job in school we decided to visit the first CEC I have been to since I was a kid. While the food was just like I had remembered, I was disappointed that the Mouse only appeared for birthday parties and didn't make the rounds at tables to see if people were interested in getting photos taken with him. Additionally, it felt like have the games didnt work and it was very disappointing to me that we visited twice and both times the same games were out of order even though i had given staff a heads up of the issue. The ambiance itself was like a normal CEC and i was impressed with the massive space they had set aside for birthday parties.

Actually great pizza and games for tickets with cards that can not only store points (that you can save if you frequent chuckecheese) OR all you can play time (which is best for kids because everyone's time ends equally) I've noticed that with points some kids run out faster than others and it creates tension to say the least. Clean bathrooms. Fast service. Generally a great time for any kid.
