We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese and I really wanted to recognize Elio for his amazing customer service. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us.
Elio was very knowledgeable about all of the current promotions and took the time to explain our options and help us figure out what worked best for our family. He never made us feel rushed and was happy to answer all of our questions.

Love everything about it and my grandkids are always happy there but don’t like to pay $15 each time each kids for using trembling for two or three times rides the slide.
