At approximately 2 PM yesterday, I drove through the Dunkin’ Donuts off El Toro Rd. I hardly ever eat fast food or use drive-throughs. On the rare occasions that I do, the experience isn’t always great and understandably so, cashiers deal with a lot of impatient and preference oriented customers. However, this visit was a refreshing exception. The young woman, Sydney who took my order was calm, patient, and even kind enough to make a suggestion when asked. She was well mannered...
Items were good, service wasn't the best. Went when it wasn't busy. Ordered at the drive thru, I was the only car. Took almost 4 minutes for my order to be taken. Wait time in total was about 15 minutes.
Visited at 6:30 in the morning and purchased coffee directly from the drive-thru, it was so satisfying to bring hot coffee to a hockey game.
