Mari and crew always consistent never miss, I drive by 3 jack n the box from my house to come to the lake forest jack n the box, On el toro.always nice and friendly love this jack. Keep up the hard work thank you guys for your great customer service

Despite some issues, the restaurant has improved its quality. Customers have had positive experiences, especially during late-night visits, with efficient service and delicious food. The staff receive praise for their exceptional service, although some room for improvement exists, and the management team maintains a clean establishment, except for some areas like the men's restroom sink.
