Sometimes ordering food ahead over the phone can cause the employee to misunderstand your order if you have multiple modifications. Although they are very nice, it's better to order in person if you are ordering take out so you can ensure your order is rung up correctly. My experience is always good. Consistent, good quality, and super tasty. Bit pricey for what it is, but what's not these days, eh? Whenever I'm in town for business I usually drop in for lunch at least one day and enjoy a bowl with extra sauce and avocado.
If you’ve never had Waba Grill definitely give it a try. It is one of my favorite lunches and if you get the medium bowl it’s just the right amount for dinner. The meat is always very tender and delicious and I love their steamed vegetables, healthy fresh just how you want them. Staff was very friendly and eager to help.
