Been here a couple of times food has always been great, today I ordered a 10 piece dumpling order, but when we got back to the office it was only 8. Otherwise, everything else was good.
You can tell a lot about a restaurant just by looking at the staff - whether they are just goofing around to pass time or genuinely working hard with great service in mind.
This WaBa Grill passed my litmus test with flying colors in that regard, and by the way, this was my first visit!

Its frustrating cause you get a bowl and wontons and they only give you 1 spicy sauce. If you ask for soy sauce or Waba Sauce they only give you 1 packet each for your bowl and 10 wontons. Its just a little too much nickle and diming.

WaBa Grill is a clean and pleasant restaurant with excellent food. The plant-based steak is a highlight, and the atmosphere is quiet and nice. However, the staff's limited English can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the condiments are not readily available, leading to awkward requests. The chicken can be inconsistent, but the avocado is always fresh.
