“I have been to a Wetzel's Pretzels before in Los Angeles, hated it, and said I would never give them another try. I am so glad I did give them another try.\n\nMy grandson and I were walking around the Lakewood Center Mall and he saw Wetzel's and really wanted to try something. I caved, as all grandparents do, and he got a lightly salted pretzel with a wee bit of mustard, a slushy and I got some little pigs in a blanket, I think they call them cheesy dogs. I also got a lemonade. \n\nWe were in heaven. There was a place to sit at a table right near by and we had fun with out food and it was all great. We shared and both of us loved all of it.\n\nThe service here is really nice and it is fast. Super friendly.\n\nThe place is spotless and they keep the area around their stand super clean. It is in the mall, not a storefront.\n\nSo, I was wrong about them all. We will be back and we are happy campers.“

Waiting in line, I noticed one employee left, leaving two to hold the fort against the onslaught of hungry customers.Since I already had an Original pretzel from Wetzel's, a dessert pretzel was the choice to make.Cinnamon Sugar pretzel-Cinnamon-y sweet, Auntie Anne's Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. I would've preferred more crunch to the dough, like a churro, opposed to fluffiness, but it tasted good for someone not too fond of pretzels.Service was great. The two staff members did a commendable job of working as a well oiled machine. Auntie Anne's is located adjacent to the food court at Los Cerritos Center.Auntie Anne's added sweetness to my day on National Pretzel Day. The staff did an admirable job pumping out pretzels, making the wait minimal. Auntie Anne's birthday perk was a welcome treat, too.“

“The service was amazing! I had never even heard about this place but they were giving out free samples of the cinn-a-bits...one bite and I was hooked. The bits were soft n warm covered in cinnamon and covered in a sugar sweet glaze. Definitely for the sweet tooth. They tasted oven fresh and i recommend these highly.“

“Fortunately, a lady on the counter was nice.I haven't been Wetzel's Pretzels before. I even didn't know what pretzel was.... She told me about their menus nicely and provided a good service.A dip source of jalapeño cheese is good. Plain pretzels are also good. Its texture is like a bagel.I hope they keep their good services for good.“

“The older Hispanic was top tier on her team she was working really hard to get our orders out . I appreciate her for that her other coworkers seemed to be moving really slow ! Unlike her doing her best and honestly holding it down at that place MS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE !!“

“excellent treatment and service from Miss Kimberly...and the team that works in that space...everything is excellent...but the other person who is in the cinemas was very rude to my husband and me because we reluctantly gave things and it didn't make me feel good...we had to turn around and leave poorly attended to...it's a shame because we love buying this product that was today 12/18/23“
