Ordered from the app. Went into restaurant around 8:30 to pick up order, around 9:00 we were informed that the indoor dining of the restaurant was closed. When searching for this particular Burger King location on Google, says that the restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. We were told we had to leave 2 hours before the actual restaurant closed. False information is posted regarding the hours of this restaurant. Something needs to be done about this.
Came into the Burger King on Ave L in Lancaster today and had a wonderful experience thanks to a young man named Hayden who took our order in store. I tend to make a lot of special requests, and Hayden handled every single one with patience, respect, and a great attitude.
